Get help and contact support
العربيةFind the right guide, use the FAQ, and send a support request with useful details without exposing private information.
A useful support request explains where you got stuck and what happened. The Help Center handles tool explanations, the FAQ answers common questions, and the contact form is for an issue that needs assistance.
Find an explanation
Search the Help Center using the name of the page or a label you can see on it. Open the matching guide and use its contents list to jump to the part you need. Check related guides when two tools are used together.
The FAQ page groups common questions. Click a question to expand its answer. Use the displayed email or WhatsApp buttons if you need to contact the team through those channels.
Send a support request
The contact page asks for your name, email, subject, and message. Use a short subject that identifies the page and issue. In the message, explain what you clicked, what you expected, and what appeared instead.
For a market-data question, include the symbol, date, selected timeframe or expiry window, and the page address. For a billing question, include an invoice or order reference rather than card details. These details help the team reproduce the issue.
Press Send message and check the result. Correct any indicated fields if the form rejects them. A success message confirms the request was sent; it does not mean the issue is already resolved.
Share screenshots safely
Crop a screenshot to the relevant area and keep the labels, selected filters, and error message visible. Hide personal details, account identifiers you do not need to share, and any card information.
Never include passwords, bank verification codes, card security codes, or account-recovery links in a support message. If you cannot sign in to the contact page, use the contact channels on the FAQ page.
Policies and service terms
The legal page separates terms of service, the privacy policy, and refund information. Open the relevant section and read the current text when your question concerns one of these subjects.
This guide explains where to find help. It does not replace those policies or promise a refund or a response deadline.
How to open help for the part you are using
Select the question mark in the top bar to turn on help mode. On a computer, a question mark follows the pointer and supported areas are highlighted as you move over them. Select an area to open its explanation in a new tab. Your trading page and selections stay in place.
You can also choose a topic from the help panel and select Open help. This works on mobile and with a keyboard: use Tab to move between the topic list, open button and close button. The list contains areas currently visible on the page, so it may not include a section inside a closed panel.
Press Esc or select Close to return to the page without opening help. While help mode is active, selecting the page requests an explanation instead of operating its trading controls. An area without a specific explanation opens the full page guide. A page without a linked guide opens the help center.
When the Block Trades filter panel is open, use Filter guide in its header. The question marks beside Whale Activity and Exhaustion open those specific explanations. You do not need to close the filter or change your selections. The contract chart window also has a Contract chart guide button. For other windows that cover the top bar, close the window first to reach the general help button.
Page components explained
Contact support
Describe the problem, the page address and the message you saw. Do not send passwords, card details or bank verification codes.
Frequently asked questions
Expand a question to read its answer. If it does not solve your issue, use the contact channels shown on this page.
Language
Use the flag to switch the interface language. Check the currency shown on subscription and payment pages after changing language; trading symbols keep their original spelling.
Light and dark mode
Choose the appearance that makes text and chart details comfortable to read. Changing the theme affects the display, not the underlying data or signals.
Page layout
Use this control to change the available page layout. It changes how much space the interface uses, not the meaning of the displayed values.
Fullscreen
In the signed-in app, expand the site to gain more room for charts and tables. Use the control again or Escape to leave browser fullscreen.
Notification bell
Review recent notifications and their timestamps here. The badge counts unread notifications; it is not a count of unreviewed trading opportunities. Delivery channels and rules are managed in alert subscriptions.
Account menu
Open account settings, subscription details and other personal links here. Use sign out when you finish on a shared device.
