Account settings and session security

Keeping your account details current makes it easier to manage your subscription and get help. The profile page separates personal information from billing so you can find the right setting quickly.
Personal details
Open Profile from the account menu and choose Personal details. Review your first name, last name, phone number, country, city, and postal code. Use Update profile to save your changes, then check the result message.
The email address and joining date are read-only here. If your email needs correction, contact support instead of trying to change another field. The completion indicator shows how much of your profile has been filled in; it is not a market score.
Subscription and billing
The subscription card shows your current plan or trial and its dates. The actions change with your account: you may see Subscribe, Change, Cancel, or Reactivate. Read the current status before choosing an action.
The Billing tab brings together the next-payment or access-until information, your latest transaction, payment method, automatic renewal, and invoices. For payment problems, start here to check what the site has recorded.
Language and display
Use the flag in the top bar to switch between Arabic and English. Check the currency displayed in the subscription summary when changing language; do not compare two amounts without their currencies.
Use the light/dark control to choose a comfortable display. On tables that offer a row-density control, a compact view fits more rows while a comfortable view gives each row more space. Neither setting changes the underlying market data.
Password and active sessions
Use the password-change page when you know your current password. If your account asks you to set a password instead, follow the fields shown there. Use password recovery if you cannot remember the old password.
The active-sessions page marks the session you are using now. The other listed sessions have a sign-out button. End a session you no longer use, especially on a shared device. The list does not identify every device by name, so do not assume an unnamed entry belongs to a particular phone or computer.
Page components explained
Personal details
Review your name, phone and address, then use Update profile and check the result message. Email and joining date are read-only here.
Billing and renewal
Check the recorded subscription status, next payment or access date, payment method and invoices. Saving a card does not itself complete a subscription purchase.
Cancellation and reactivation
Read the confirmation and the access date before changing the subscription. Cancellation and a refund are different actions; check the status after submitting.
Language
Use the flag to switch the interface language. Check the currency shown on subscription and payment pages after changing language; trading symbols keep their original spelling.
Light and dark mode
Choose the appearance that makes text and chart details comfortable to read. Changing the theme affects the display, not the underlying data or signals.
Page layout
Use this control to change the available page layout. It changes how much space the interface uses, not the meaning of the displayed values.
Fullscreen
In the signed-in app, expand the site to gain more room for charts and tables. Use the control again or Escape to leave browser fullscreen.
Notification bell
Review recent notifications and their timestamps here. The badge counts unread notifications; it is not a count of unreviewed trading opportunities. Delivery channels and rules are managed in alert subscriptions.
Account menu
Open account settings, subscription details and other personal links here. Use sign out when you finish on a shared device.
