Compare plans

Choose the monthly or annual tab before comparing plans. Read each tool's row across the plans, including any limits. A check mark means that feature is included; a cross means it is not. Where a cell contains text, read it for the level of access offered.

For annual plans, distinguish a monthly equivalent from the total billed for the year. Open the plan you want and review the selected-plan page before continuing. The current checkout summary is the place to confirm your amount and currency.

Selected plan and discount code

The selected-plan page shows the plan, duration, included features, and subscription summary. If you have a discount code, enter it and press Apply. Check the validation message and the updated total; typing a code alone does not apply it.

For an existing subscription, the summary may include an adjustment or credit for the change. Read the explanation under the total and the action button. Do not calculate the payable amount from the plan's headline price alone.

Trial access

If your account is eligible, the page offers a trial action and explains the available period. Confirm that it started, then check the trial end date in your profile. A trial offer may not be available for every account.

Before the trial ends, review the subscription and payment information in your profile. Use the options shown there to decide what to do next; do not assume a saved card alone proves a paid subscription has started.

Changing a plan

Use Change on the subscription card to compare another plan. Review the change summary before confirming. An upgrade may involve an amount due or an adjustment; a lower plan may be scheduled for a later date rather than starting immediately.

If a scheduled change appears in your profile, read its plan and effective date. Your current plan and a future scheduled plan are different things. After confirming a change, return to your profile and check the resulting status.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

The Billing tab contains the automatic-renewal switch. Read its result message after changing it. If the site asks you to authorize recurring payment again, use that action and complete the required steps before expecting renewal to work.

To cancel, use Cancel on the subscription card, choose a reason, optionally add a comment, then confirm. Check the access end date shown afterward. Cancellation and a refund request are different actions; read the refund policy for refund questions.

A Reactivate button may be offered while a cancelled subscription can still be resumed. Read the outcome and the dates after using it. If the subscription has ended, the page may instead direct you to choose a plan.
