Checkout and payment methods

العربية

Review the order, complete billing details and bank verification, and handle an unclear payment result.

Checkout is where you confirm what you are buying and how much you will pay. Taking a moment to review the summary helps you avoid choosing the wrong duration or confusing a saved card with a completed purchase.

Billing details and order summary

Start with Personal information. Check the required name and contact fields and correct any highlighted errors before moving to Payment information.

In the subscription summary, check the plan, duration, amount, and currency. Review any discount or plan-change adjustment. Apply a discount code using its button and wait for the total to update.

Choose or add a card

If a saved payment method is shown, check the card type and last digits. Enter any security code requested for this purchase. To use another card, open Add card or Change card and enter the card number, holder name, expiry date, and security code in the payment form.

Read the recurring-payment agreement and the linked terms, privacy, and refund information before agreeing. The Complete order button becomes available only when the required steps are satisfied. Check the fields and consent if it remains disabled.

Bank confirmation and the result

After submitting, your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. Follow that bank screen, then allow it to return you to Exelza. Avoid repeated clicks while the request is processing.

Check the site's completion or error message. Then open your profile to confirm the subscription and review the invoice when available. Saving or verifying a card is a separate step from completing the subscription purchase.

If the result is unclear

If a bank screen closes or the connection drops, check your profile and invoices before attempting another payment. A bank notification alone may not explain the final subscription state.

If the result remains unclear, contact support with the time, amount, currency, and any order reference displayed. Mask card and personal details in screenshots. Never send the full card number, security code, or bank verification code.

Manage your payment method later

Open Profile, then Billing, to add or change the saved card or use the removal control. Read the result message and check which card is displayed afterward.

If a recurring-payment authorization warning appears, follow its dedicated action. Adding a card and authorizing future subscription payments are not always the same step. Review the next-payment and automatic-renewal information together.

Page components explained

Billing details

Check your contact and billing details before continuing to payment. Correct any field highlighted by the page.

Payment method

Review the order amount and currency, choose the available card method, and read any renewal consent. Complete the bank verification yourself and check the site's final result before retrying a payment.

Language

Use the flag to switch the interface language. Check the currency shown on subscription and payment pages after changing language; trading symbols keep their original spelling.

Light and dark mode

Choose the appearance that makes text and chart details comfortable to read. Changing the theme affects the display, not the underlying data or signals.

Page layout

Use this control to change the available page layout. It changes how much space the interface uses, not the meaning of the displayed values.

Fullscreen

In the signed-in app, expand the site to gain more room for charts and tables. Use the control again or Escape to leave browser fullscreen.

Notification bell

Review recent notifications and their timestamps here. The badge counts unread notifications; it is not a count of unreviewed trading opportunities. Delivery channels and rules are managed in alert subscriptions.

Account menu

Open account settings, subscription details and other personal links here. Use sign out when you finish on a shared device.

Site navigation

Choose a tool from the menu: watchlists organize stocks, screeners narrow them down, and radars find particular patterns. On a small screen, use the menu button to reveal the links.
