Create your account and get started
العربيةSet up your account, confirm your email, recover access, and choose a useful first step in Exelza.
A watchlist and a repeatable routine are more useful than opening every tool at once. Your account keeps your work together. Start with a few familiar symbols, learn what their pages show, then add tools as you need them.
Create an account
Open the registration page. Enter your first and last names, an email address you can access, and your phone number with the correct country code. Choose a password and repeat it in the confirmation field.
Read the data-processing consent before submitting. If a field is rejected, the message at the top tells you what needs attention. Correct the named field; you do not need to start a second registration.
Confirm your email
After registering, check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation message. Open its link and follow the result shown on the site.
If the message has not arrived, use the resend link on the sign-in page. Enter the same email address you registered with. A request-received message does not by itself confirm that your email has been verified.
Sign in or recover your password
Sign in with your registered email and password. The eye button lets you check a password you have typed; use it only when nobody can see your screen. Choose Remember me only on a device you control.
If you forget your password, open the password-reset page and enter your registered email. Use the latest reset message to choose a new password. If its link has expired or was already used, request another. If a Google sign-in button is available and you used Google before, use that same sign-in method.
Your first visit
Open the dashboard for a market overview. Add a few symbols you already follow to a watchlist, then open one symbol's chart. Check the date of the information before comparing its price, activity, and news.
Next, choose a tool that answers one question: the screener helps narrow a long list of stocks; a radar highlights a particular pattern; options tools add information about contracts and positioning. Read that tool's guide before relying on its result.
If a page asks you to choose a plan, review the pricing comparison and the access available to your account. Registration alone does not mean every paid tool is available.
When you cannot get in
Check the email spelling and your keyboard language first. Use password recovery for a forgotten password and resend verification for an unconfirmed email; these solve different problems.
If access still fails, contact support with the page address and the message you see. Never send your password, a verification link, or a bank confirmation code.
How to open help for the part you are using
Select the question mark in the top bar to turn on help mode. On a computer, a question mark follows the pointer and supported areas are highlighted as you move over them. Select an area to open its explanation in a new tab. Your trading page and selections stay in place.
You can also choose a topic from the help panel and select Open help. This works on mobile and with a keyboard: use Tab to move between the topic list, open button and close button. The list contains areas currently visible on the page, so it may not include a section inside a closed panel.
Press Esc or select Close to return to the page without opening help. While help mode is active, selecting the page requests an explanation instead of operating its trading controls. An area without a specific explanation opens the full page guide. A page without a linked guide opens the help center.
When the Block Trades filter panel is open, use Filter guide in its header. The question marks beside Whale Activity and Exhaustion open those specific explanations. You do not need to close the filter or change your selections. The contract chart window also has a Contract chart guide button. For other windows that cover the top bar, close the window first to reach the general help button.
